Limited Life-Time Warranty
Our Life-time warranty covers the following; free replacement on o-rings, batteries, hassle-free exchanges, and or full refunds on defects for the life of the unit! Warranty will be voided for reasons including but not limited to; Cosmetic/physical damage, exposure to abuse or extreme impacts/drops or elements, unauthorized modifications, and using anything besides a cleaning rod or the eraser end of a pencil to remove the “real laser bullet” from your firearm as it may inflict damage to our tool.
Prior to using, please read the instructions, verify that your gun’s chamber is clean and is built to SAAMI specs, and lube the rubber o-ring(s). Failing to do use in a clean chamber or SAAMI spec. may cause the laser bullet (along with a live round) to get stuck in the chamber and may get damaged as a result. If the “real laser bullet” gets damaged/stuck in the chamber, the warranty is voided! Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once placed. By purchasing you agree to our terms stated throughout the website. Limitations of liability
Hits Arms, LLC.. will not be liable for any damage including but not limited to: firearms. While using our products.
In no event shall Hits Arms, LLC.. be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special consequential damages, to property or life, whatsoever arising out of or connected with the use or misuse of our products.
Hits Arms, LLC.. will not be liable to you (whether under the law of contract, the law of torts or otherwise) in relation to the contents of, or use of, or otherwise in connection with, this website:
